Our award-winning executive chef, Jan Hansen, has used his passion for food to create menus perfectly tailored to the Park’s historic setting. A traditional home-style buffet can be served in a cozy log cabin, a five-course feast can be enjoyed in the elegant Wainwright hotel or a festive BBQ can be prepared for large events.
Heritage Park menu offerings span a delicious range of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Our wine menu is diverse and reasonable to suit most taste preferences. It is also possible to have Jan Hansen himself design a menu with the palates of your guests in mind.
