Calgary, AB – Join the Calgary Produce Marketing Association and Heritage Park Historical Village for the annual Harvest Sale, this September 7 and 8 from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Come early, bring a dolly or a wagon and stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables at turn of the century prices. Hundreds of volunteers in the produce industry donate their time and produce to help raise money to support the following local charitable organizations: the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation, the Calgary Community Kitchen Program and the Heritage Park Society. Feel good knowing that while you are stocking up on healthy food at fantastic prices, you are also supporting the local community! Come for the sale, then stay and enjoy the rest of the day at Heritage Park Historical Village.
Regular Park admission rates apply. Complimentary admission for annual pass holders. Harvest sale purchases are cash only.
The Calgary Produce Marketing Association is a voluntary group of industry personnel that promotes the increased consumption of fresh produce.
