The Selkirk Grille's menu uses locally grown, organic foods and Canadian specialties to ignite and delight your taste buds.
The menu is changed seasonally. Highlights currently include:
- Apple & Goat Cheese Strudel
Fairwinds Farm goat cheese, bacon jam, and pistachio emulsion. Thyme syrup, watercress and gooseberries.
- Roasted North Pacific Sablefish
Sablefish bourride, braised fennel and melted leeks. Fingerling potato, pumpernickel crumb and cold-pressed canola oil.
- Mountain Creek Alberta Bison Wellington
Roasted chestnut duxelle, celery root purée, swiss chard, caramelized cauliflower and Okanagan cherry jus.
Three course Prix-fixe dinners launch Nov.19. New chef-selected menus will be available Tuesday-Thursday nights for just $42.00 per person.
