The Selkirk Grille's menu uses locally grown, organic foods and Canadian specialties to ignite and delight your taste buds.
The menu is changed seasonally. Highlights currently include:
- Apple & Goat Cheese Strudel
Fairwinds Farm goat cheese, bacon jam, and pistachio emulsion. Thyme syrup, watercress and gooseberries.
- Roasted North Pacific Sablefish
Sablefish bourride, braised fennel and melted leeks. Fingerling potato, pumpernickel crumb and cold-pressed canola oil.
- Mountain Creek Alberta Bison Wellington
Roasted chestnut duxelle, celery root purée, swiss chard, caramelized cauliflower and Okanagan cherry jus.

Dinner & A Movie
Select Tuesday evenings February through April, dine on a movie themed, three-course dinner in the Selkirk Grille Restaurant before heading over to Gasoline Alley Museum to enjoy one of our classic movie selections. Each evening features a different movie with an accompanying themed meal. A cash bar and popcorn will also be available to purchase during the film. Film schedule and more information here.

Dinner reservations may be made between 5:00pm and 6:45pm.
Lunch - 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
