All About Nellie

Who was Nellie McClung? Most of us recognize her as a member of the Famous 5 and a key player in the 1929 “Persons Case”, but there is so much more to her than that.

About the Program

In our ‘All About Nellie’ program, students will use the artifacts and information in the exhibit as inspiration to create a scrapbooking journal and make Nellie’s work as an author; teacher; activist; politician; wife and mother come alive. Students will leave with a newfound vision of Nellie McClung.
