Ghoulish good times at Heritage Park this halloween
Calgary, AB – Gather up your little ghosts and ghouls for an evening of Halloween tricks and treats at Ghouls’ Night Out, returning to Heritage Park on October 26, 27, 28 and 29.
Ghouls’ Night Out is perfect for families with little ghouls who are looking for a fun night out. Evening activities include a Halloween dance, crafts, stories and games, a pumpkin patch, plus much more!
This year’s event features the return of many much-loved favourites such as Tea in the Rabbit Hole with Alice and the Mad Hatter, the Skyscrapers’ Flying Academy, and creepy Carnivale games. Celebrate Mexican traditions with music and dance at a festive Dia de los Muertos display and walk through Tinkerman’s fun house – if you dare!
New for this year is a nightly costume parade and a public pumpkin carving contest. Enter your pre-carved pumpkin in one of three categories and you could win great prizes! All pumpkins will be displayed during the event. Details online.
There are lots of spooky spots to visit throughout the Park and places to pick up some ghoulish goodies and tricky treats, including a GingerDead Men cookie decorating area! Planning a party or bringing a large group? Heritage Park is offering Halloween-themed party packages at this year’s event! Visit the website for more information.
Dress for the weather, and in costume, and make sure to bring your cameras and flashlights!
