Heritage Park could never have become what it is today without the dedication and care of our extraordinary employees and volunteers.
Employment
With a core staff of approximately 200 year-round employees working in a variety of part-time and full-time roles, employment at the Park includes everything from corporate administration and fundraising to building and grounds maintenance to restaurant, retail, and banquet services. We also hire additional employees during our busy Christmas season and more than 500 seasonal employees during the summer to support our living historical village.

Heritage Park relies on a diverse team of hundreds of volunteers to support our special programming and daily museum operations. Volunteers gain valuable work experience, share their expertise, meet new people daily, and become active community members.
