Lindsey Galloway is President and CEO of Heritage Park Society and the Heritage Park Foundation.
Lindsey joined Heritage Park in late 2020 as President and CEO, bringing executive experience from world-class attractions including Calgary Exhibition & Stampede, Calgary Zoo and Edmonton Valley Zoo, as well as leadership roles at Edmonton City Artifacts, Archives and City Arts Programming, Alberta Electric System Operator, Canadian Airlines and RBC Financial Group.
Lindsey’s career is focused on building vibrant organizations that bring value to our province. He has more than three decades of experience working across Canada in business, tourism, attractions, and mission-driven organizations. Lindsey has proven success in operations and facility management, business strategy, building customer experience, government relations, brand development and reputation stewardship, and marketing communications strategy.
Lindsey believes Heritage Park is a place where our interpretation of the past helps define our aspirations for the future. Lindsey is focused on growing Heritage Park into a world-class historical site that continues to contribute significantly to our local economy, tourism industry and the historical preservation of the prairie experience.
Lindsey shares his leadership experience and commitment to building strong communities by volunteering on the executive of provincial and national industry organizations; most recently as a board member of the Tourism Industry Association of Alberta and of Canada’s Accredited Zoos and Aquariums, and having served as a member on a United Way advisory committee.
