Are you interested in learning how to make your own body products with natural ingredients? Maybe with the honey and wax from the beehive in your own backyard?
Learn the benefits of making your own body products in this informative hands-on workshop. In this class you will learn how to make 3 different products (salve, lip balm, and solid lotion bar) with simple and easy to source ingredients. You will also make one of the recipes yourself in the workshop to take home with you, along with 4 recipes and a comprehensive handout.
About the bees at Heritage Park:
Heritage Park is pleased to partner again this year with Apiaries & Bees for Communities to host six honey bee hives through the Bees4Communities Program. These hives are managed by A.B.C. Bees on behalf of their corporate partners. The purpose of the project is to connect local ethical and responsible businesses to support local food production, support small scale and urban beekeeper education and encourage pollinator stewardship.
