Everyone will get to take home two jars of pickles as well as printed instructions
In this workshop, you will learn all of the steps needed to create your own naturally fermented cabbage sauerkraut at home! We will show you how to prepare, cut, mix, ferment and preserve your sauerkraut safely. You will also learn about the history and the health benefits of sauerkraut. Each participant will make a jar of sauerkraut and get instructions to make another batch at home
Knowing the recipe is one thing, but learning how to make tender, flaky pie crust is all in the technique! We will show you how in this hands-on workshop. Join us in the beautiful new Innovation Crossing building at Prospect Ridge. We will be making Classic Apple Pie. Participants will get a slice of pie to taste during the class and each person will make and take their very own pie to bake at home.
