- Dale Lee Kwong: Co-curator of We Were Here: Stories from Early Chinatown exhibit, poet, playwright and essayist
- Alice Lam: Mega volunteer, Member of Tomorrow's Chinatown, Advisory Council OMNI TV
- Jarett Sitter: A mixed media illustrator and animator whose work can been seen on banners in downtown Calgary, and on magazine covers internationally. Illustrator for the We Were Here: Stories from Early Chinatown exhibit

Entertainment
Enjoy the sounds of China with performances by:
Jiajia Li
Jiajia Li is one of Calgary's finest and most adventurous flautists. Since moving from Beijing to Calgary, Jiajia has studied and played around the world, striving to bridge the Chinese community with Calgarians. She teaches master classes at the Xinghai Conservatory of Music, serves as the Artistic Director of the Calgary Chinese Orchestra and has founded a youth ensemble for children to play Chinese instruments.
The Harmony Guzheng Ensemble
Harmony Guzheng Ensemble, lead by Shirley Wong, regularly performs special concerts at Calgary's grand concert hall, to showcase different forms of guzheng music, including solos, group performances, and grand ensembles, including elegant classical music and bright modern music. Since established, the ensemble has been consistently demonstrating and promoting Chinese music culture in many community activities with this treasured musical instrument.
Explore the NEW exhibit: We Were Here: Stories from Early Chinatown! Heritage Park is honored to partner with Lougheed House, the original creators of the exhibit, and host the Chinatown exhibit to tell the diverse stories of the Chinese community in early Western Canadian history.

Is parking included?
Parking is not included in the ticket prices, but it is available at the Park. Parking kiosks are located in the middle of the parking lot and in Heritage Town Square. If you’re an Escape Annual Membership holder, parking at Heritage Park is free!
How does purchasing a ticket support Heritage Park?
As a registered charity, proceeds from the Secrets of Chinatown event will allow Heritage Park to continue engaging audiences with immersive experiences and shared stories of Western Canada's diverse culture and heritage.
