What is Palentine’s Day?
Palentine’s Day, held the day before Valentine’s Day, is a unique popular holiday that provides the opportunity to celebrate the love you have for all of the amazing friends in your life! Palentine’s Day evolved from Galentine’s Day, a holiday invented by Amy Poehler’s character Leslie Knope on the TV show Parks and Recreation as a day to celebrate the gal pals in your life.
Where do I go when I arrive?
When you arrive, enter Gasoline Alley Museum and exit into the Historical Village to make your way to the Famous 5 Centre of Canadian Women. Please leave yourself time to walk from the parking lot and into the Historical Village, and arrive 15 minutes before your sitting.
Where do I park, and is it included?
Please park in the main parking lot. Parking is not included in the ticket prices. Parking kiosks are located in the middle of the parking lot and in Heritage Town Square. If you’re an Escape Annual Membership holder, parking at Heritage Park is free!
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No, tickets are only available in advance by calling Guest Services at 403.268.8500.
